Introduction: PREPARE FOR WAR IN 2004!
Christians are under attack, and many of them do not even know it! Forces are at work, endeavoring to undermine the things of God in the lives of people.
One of the greatest areas of spiritual warfare is that of FAITHFULNESS.
Faithfulness is dependability, trustworthiness, reliability, and stick-to-it-iveness.
The Bible says a lot about the topic:
FAITHFUL is in the Bible in 78 verses
FAITHFULNESS is in 19 verses
I’m glad that the Lord is faithful. He is the only one who is COMPLETELY faithful, and who can be COMPLETELY TRUSTED.
Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;
1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
Jesus’ name is Faithful:
Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
God is faithful, and He wants YOU to be faithful.
I want to point out to you that one of the great arenas of Christian warfare in America is:
